I was chosen by The Conservation Foundation to lead a project aimed at making their central location and programming more inclusive and accessible to people with disabilities, as well as give recommendations for staff training. Tasked with concept development and populating/facilitating a focus group with individuals representing a wide range of disability experiences, I gathered invaluable insights on barriers and opportunities for improvement. I then compiled these findings into a comprehensive, visually engaging report for the board, ensuring the recommendations were clear and actionable.

This project highlighted my ability to facilitate meaningful dialogue, translate feedback into strategic recommendations, and design materials that drive real change in accessibility and inclusion.
